Customers need an account for shopping with BEAUBA. After registration, you can start shopping anytime you want.

Choose your products and add to shopping cart

Once added all products needed, click the "Checkout" button

Follow the directions on the screen

Complete the payment

As soon as we confirm your payment, we will ship out your order.

*BEAUBA is a website intended to supply only for customers related to beauty businesses (Ex. Barber, hair salon, esthetic salon, nail salon, Beauty School Corporations etc.).

*You can change your order if the items are out of stock for a long period or discontinued.

As a general rule, we ship our products out by FedEx & EMS service.

Please note that when a parcel is stopped by customs outside of Japan, we will not be able to correspond in any case. Additional charge for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Delivery Period

It will take 7 to 10 days for shipping your products. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, unless products received are faulty. If you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
